Starting therapy can feel like a big step—and my goal is to make it feel safe, inclusive, and balanced. I’m Prudence, and my style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both research and holistic practice. I work with adults and couples from all genders and LGBTQ2IA+ communities, and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-sabotaging patterns, life stressors, and emotional regulation. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, a Master’s in Art Therapy, am a PhD candidate, and am a Certified Yin Yoga teacher. My work integrates EMDR, IFS, and somatic healing. I use sound bowls and yin yoga when helpful. Guided by Indigenous knowledge and a whole-person perspective, I approach healing as a process of restoring balance between mind, body, spirit, and relationships. Together, we’ll build insight, resilience, and change that feels authentic and lasting.
